We are a Small Group Fitness Facility Servicing the East Islip for over 15 years.   We’ve been nominated Best of Long Island Boot Camp 4 years running. 


Why ride stationary when you can move..... This cardio fitness bike is just that! It actively engages your core and upper body through the leaning bike frame—helping you burn 20% more calories. The ability to turn, lean, and rock the bike puts it in a category all by itself.
Our Boot Camp classes are energizing, challenging, HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts. Our Boot Camp classes are designed to tone muscles and maximize fat loss and keep your furnace burning up those calories even after you leave the studio.

Signature cycling classes on our RealRyder bikes will give you the opportunity to experience a more comprehensive and functional total body workout.

Boot Camp classes challenge every muscle in your body and with little rest in between each set; you’re bound to feel the burn and intensity. By constantly moving for 45 minutes, your body has no time to rest, therefore your burning hundreds of calories, even when you stop. It’s a great way to challenge your body and mind into doing a workout, which leaves no prisoners.

Each of our RealRyder spin bikes are equipped with a personal performance monitor allowing visibility to RPM speed, distance and duration visible on our leader board. 

Our studio is equipped with PIQ which is a wireless display of individual and group performance viewed on a flat screen during the workout. It rapidly increases motivation, allows team competition and tracks performance history.

Our Boot Camp workouts are for men and women of all fitness levels.  Our movements can be modified up or down, so our high-intensity strength and cardio workouts will push you no matter where you are in your fitness journey.
