Cycle Evolution Fitness Studio is the most innovative group exercise option in the area. Two unique styles of group fitness classes are available: indoor cycling and boot camp/circuit training group fitness.

CE combines an intense cardiovascular workout, micro bike movements and full body toning cued and influenced by the beat of the music. All this happens on a bike that is not so stationary. Rides take place on Real Ryder bikes which the rider can turn side to side. These bikes not only increase core and arm strength, they burn 20% more calories, and they are super fun. Connect with the beat, and ride it. We are the only studio in Suffolk County featuring RealRyder turn and tilt bikes.
Our Boot Camp HIIT classes incorporate, circuit training, weights, TRX, boxing, ropes, kettlebells and more. We have something for everyone! Cycle Evolution is a full TRX training facility housing the latest functional equipment.

Signature cycling classes on RealRyder indoor cycles will give you the opportunity to experience a more comprehensive and functional total body workout.
Bootcamp classes challenge every muscle in your body and with little rest in between each set; you’re bound to feel the burn and intensity. By constantly moving for 45 minutes, your body has no time to rest, therefore your burning hundreds of calories, even when you stop. It’s a great way to challenge your body and mind into doing a workout, which leaves no prisoners.

Each RealRyder is equipped with a personal performance monitor allowing visibility to RPM speed, distance and duration visible on our leader board.
