Low Impact Circuit Training
This 45 min low impact circuit class incorporating pilates, trx training, weights and resistance bands. Great for beginners and returnees. These exercises focus on increasing strength and endurance while putting less stress on your joints and connective tissues. It is functional group training class all performed while listening to some really great music.
This Bootcamp is a 45 minute interval circuit training full body workout. This class is a one stop body shock routine that uses your entire body incorporating BOXING, HIIT, CROSSFIT, WEIGHT LIFTING and even TRACK and FIELD all designed to improve your overall fitness – and strengthen and tone your entire body

This Bootcamp focuses on your upper body and is a 45-minute functional group training class that combines elements from multiple training sources, such as BOXING, HIIT, KETTLEBELLS, CROSSFIT, BOOTCAMP, TRX, WEIGHTLIFTING and even TRACK & FIELD, into one unique workout.
This 45 min Bootcamp class concentrates on your lower body. Burpees and Booties. It is functional group training class focusing on your lower body isolating core, glutes, butt, legs and thighs to blast fat and strengthen and tone target areas all while listening to some really great music. If you love/hate burpees but want a better bootie this is your class!
