Cycle Evolution’s Terms and conditions ensure that all customers and clients that use our facilities and services do so with due regard to their rights and the rights of others, and in conformity with the requirements of Cycle Evolution’s procedures, rules, regulations, requirements, terms and conditions. Please be aware that Cycle Evolution reserves the right to alter, change and modify its Terms at any time, without prior written notice. Group Fitness/Cycling Classes and/or instructors are all subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel classes or alter class times. In the event that a class is cancelled or changed, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
Payment Types
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Cash and Check.
Reservations
In order to place a reservation, you must first own a series.
To buy a series, you can either signup for a username and password and purchase a series online, or if you already have a username and password click LOGIN, to buy a series and make your reservation. In order to purchase a series or package, you must accept the following Terms.
Cancelled Reservations
Cycling and Group Fitness only: To receive a class credit on a cancelled reservation, you must cancel your reservation two (2) hours prior to the class’ start time. Reservations not cancelled 2 hours prior to start time will be charnged a $10.00 cancellation late fee.
Pilates: (Springboard, Mat, Barre and Private instruction) must be canceled (12) hours prior to the class start time. Failure to do so will result in a $10.00 late fee as well as a class removal from their package.
Special event reservations can be cancelled, but unlike normal cancellations you will not be receive a class credit.
Return Policy
Series/Package Returns – All series/package sales are final, no refunds for cash or credit will be provided after the purchase of a package/series. If you choose not to continue your Cycle Evolution Training Package/Series you will not be eligible for a refund. We have multiple package opportunities, if you feel you will not be able to complete a package, you may want to choose one of the smaller packages. Please note that effective July 1st we will no longer be extending expiration dates on purchased packages… You must use your allotted number of classes prior to their expiration date or remaining classes will be forfeited.

Waiver
By signing up for and/or attending indoor/outdoor cycling and other indoor/outdoor exercise classes, activities, charity events and happenings at Cycle Evolution, you hereby agree that there are certain inherent risks and dangers related to and involved with indoor/outdoor cycling and any/all other exercise classes & activities offered by and relating to Cycle Evolution. It is agreed and understood that there is a danger of injury when using indoor/outdoor cycling equipment offered by Cycle Evolution.
In consideration of being allowed to participate in and having access to all classes and facilities provided by Cycle Evolution, in addition to the payment of any fee or charge, you hereby agree to:
assume full responsibility for any and all injuries or damage which are sustained or aggravated by you in relation to the classes and facilities,
waive, release and forever release and discharge, Cycle Evolution, agents, members, employees, representatives, and all others from any and all responsibility, claims, rights, causes of action and/or liability from injuries or damages to your person or property resulting from your participation in and use of the classes and facilities, and
represent you have no medical or physical condition which would prevent you from attending classes and/or using the facilities at Cycle Evolution.
you further agree to avoid and will not participate in any activity on the premises or that is in any way associated with Cycle Evolution that has any possibility of putting you in any physical or medical danger.
by signing up and/or attending any class, activities, charity events or programs, you are confirming that you have not been instructed by a physician not to do so.
Cycle Evolution hereby advises individuals with chronic disabilities or conditions that they may be at risk when attending any classes and/or using our facilities, and are therefore advised against doing so. Cycle Evolution also advised that if, in the opinion of a Cycle Evolution staff member, you may be at physical risk or you may cause physical risk to others by attending any class or activity or by using facilities belonging to Cycle Evolution, we reserve the right to prevent you from participating in this activity or class and where necessary from entering Cycle Evolution’s facilities.
